Do you ever find yourself getting caught up in the busyness of life where you’re just going through the motions and doing, doing, doing all the time? When I’m working on a new project or venture, I tend to go all in—head down, nose to the grindstone, no distractions allowed. When we do this, though, other areas of our lives sometimes don’t get the attention they need, and that can lead to burnout. To prevent this burnout, I want to show you how to be BAD.
