Here’s an explanation of how I help people in my career as a life coach.

Sometimes when I tell people I’m a life coach, I get that deer-in-the-headlights look. They’re just not quite sure what I do, so today I’ll explain it for you.

As a life coach, I help people get results in what I like to call the Five Big Areas of Life:

  1. Career
  2. Financial
  3. Health
  4. Relationships
  5. Spirituality

I ask the who, what, when, and where questions to better understand the why. I take my clients through a process of creating a vision for their ideal life and well-being. I help you unlock your full potential and release the doubts and self-limiting beliefs that hold you back so you’re empowered to create anything you desire.

“I can see you have all you need to achieve the results you desire, and I hold that belief for you.”

I view coaching as a partnership, with me as the coach and you as the client. I don’t think you’re broken; in fact, I know you’re not broken. As a coach, I’ll continually give the power back to you because I believe we all have the answers we seek; they just may be hidden inside of us, and we need help discovering the answers.

As your partner, I’ll help you focus, give guidance, challenge your thoughts, support you, and celebrate you every step of the way until you accomplish the goals and outcomes you desire.

What makes me different as a life coach? Life experiences. I’ve been on this planet for over 50 years, and I’ve been married to my husband for 33 of them (we’ve been together 40 years total). We’ve raised children, experienced the peaks and valleys of relationships, and overcome financial challenges together.

There have been times where I looked in the mirror and didn’t like the body I saw. I’ve had the same doubts and limiting beliefs everyone gets. I worked in corporate America and transitioned into entrepreneurship. I worked in the same career for 28 years and had those feelings of unfulfillment, which led me on a journey of finding work that gives me joy and embraces my authentic self.

Life is a journey, and we’re all a work in progress. I get that. Sometimes I find myself in the middle of my own mess, and that’s why I’ve had and continue to have coaches in my life. I understand the value of coaching. Having the right system, accountability, and support is key. I bring all of this experience as well as my keen listening abilities and non-judgemental attitude to my coaching sessions.

Similar to a sculptor, I look at my clients and see their potential. I can see you have all you need to achieve the results you desire, and I hold that belief for you.

So if you or anyone you know could benefit from my services, just know that I’m here to help. Reach out to me and schedule a complimentary session. I welcome the opportunity to be of service. Until next time, make it a great day!
